udev rules for non-Debian distributions

Guillaume Millet
Hello,

From [libftdi] / packages / CMakeLists.txt, I understand that udev rules are added in Debian packaging only, is there a reason for this? Building libtfdi from the source RPM on Fedora 20 did not add the udev file in libftdi1-1.1-1.x86_64.rpm.

Also, another rule for the FT232H could be added. When I plug a UM232H breakout board, the idProduct is 6014.

Cheers
Guillaume

I'm happy to accept tested patches :)

Cheers,
